El_Carafate Along El Calafate Road

“On the way back from the Perito Moreno Glacier, I filmed the town of El Calafate from the car window. This town serves as a hub for glacier tourism, and I personally found it very convenient and comfortable.

In the town center, you’ll find everything a traveler needs: restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, charming souvenir shops, and travel agencies offering local tours. Even a short stay is convenient.

Popular restaurants and cafes often require reservations, so if there’s a place you’re interested in, it’s best to book in advance. I once couldn’t get a table because I didn’t reserve, so next time, I definitely will.

El Calafate is more than just a base—it’s a lovely town where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Patagonia. If you have time, take a stroll through the town and enjoy its charm.”
