In this video, I walk from the entrance of Victoria Falls on the Zambian side, cross the border, pass near the Zimbabwean entrance of the falls, and continue to an area lined with shops and hotels. It was cloudy on the day of filming, which kept the temperature mild and made the walk comfortable. Since it can get very hot on sunny days, I recommend bringing water and taking care of your physical condition when crossing the border on foot. The Victoria Falls Bridge, which you cross along the way, is a major local landmark offering views of the gorge and occasionally people bungee jumping. The walk took me about 30 minutes at a brisk pace, but you should allow more time if you want to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace. Crossing the border on foot was a unique and memorable experience that allowed me to feel the difference in atmosphere between the two countries and the scale of nature up close. I hope this serves as a helpful reference for anyone planning to walk between Zambia and Zimbabwe.
