Acquisition Method: You can purchase through the platform. Tips granted for free (such as through campaigns) do not fall under prepaid payment instruments.
■ Disclosure Based on the Payment Services Act
Our company is a registered issuer of prepaid payment instruments (paid Tip) under Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act of Japan. We appropriately manage the unused balance to ensure it does not exceed 10 million yen and make statutory deposits (if necessary) as required by law.
Please note that Tips are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be available through the platform from which they were purchased, depending on their respective policies.
