V&A Waterfront2 : V&A Waterfront 2

In this video, as the Clock Tower Bridge was raised for passing ships, the route follows the canal to the opposite shore. The harbor is filled with many anchored boats, offering a quintessential waterfront view.

The path is lined with seaside hotels and restaurants, capturing the open atmosphere of a port town. In the latter half of the video, the walk turns back near what appears to be a ship maintenance area and returns to the starting point.

By the time of the return, the Clock Tower Bridge has been lowered. The video concludes in front of the striking artwork “Save Our Oceans Penguin.” Created by Belgian artist William Sweetlove, this penguin statue is characterized by the large plastic bottle-like luggage it carries on its back.

This piece is said to carry a message about environmental protection, specifically regarding ocean pollution and plastic waste. It is popular not only as a tourist spot but also as a thought-provoking piece of art concerning the sea and nature.
